What is the signature Nap Dress® and how does it fit?
The Nap Dress® is our signature garment designed to be comfortable enough to sleep in and stylish enough to wear out. Most styles run true to size, but many customers prefer to size down for a more snug fit through the smocked bodice.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During major collection launches, processing may take up to 5-7 business days due to high volume.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 150 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order value.
How should I care for my Hill House items?
To maintain the quality of your garments, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry. For delicate fabrics like sheer tulle or lace, dry cleaning is recommended.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing, so we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You may initiate a return once the package arrives.
