Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hill House Home pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are present.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
